Important Information

A receipt will be given upon arrival.
Registration and payment must be received 30 days prior to scheduled training date.
Course fees include program materials and lunch.
Please refer to the Schedule page for classes requiring a laptop and the charges applied
Refunds will not be issued to “no shows”.
A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for any reservations cancelled up to 12 days prior to start of training program.
ESSE, LLC is responsible only for the return of the program fee if, for any reason, we cancel the scheduled service training program.

All classes will begin promptly at 8:00am to 5:00pm with nightly homework and exercises.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations must be booked through our corporate Travel Agency. Please contact Traveltime Services at 1-800-543-8402 to receive the preferred rate for your accommodations. Traveltime will make all hotel arrangements as well as vehicle arrangements (if needed). There are no booking fee charges for Traveltimes’ services regarding your hotel or rental car.
